Mass gainers — how to gain weight when you "eat a lot" and nothing happens
If you are naturally skinny, you usually eat less than you think. A mass gainer is a shake with protein and plenty of carbohydrates — often 600–1,200 kcal a serving — so you can add calories without forcing down another plate. We stock 15 gainers from AED 110.

A weight-gain plan that works
- Eat 300–500 kcal above what you burn, every day.
- Keep your three meals and add one gainer shake between meals (milk adds more calories).
- Take 3–5 g of creatine daily.
- Train heavy 3–4 times a week — squats, deadlifts, presses, rows.
- Sleep 7–8 hours. Weigh yourself weekly; aim for roughly 0.3–0.5 kg a week.
Already eating enough and just want more protein? A whey protein is leaner and cheaper. Save with a weight-gain combo.
