Mass gainers — how to gain weight when you "eat a lot" and nothing happens

If you are naturally skinny, you usually eat less than you think. A mass gainer is a shake with protein and plenty of carbohydrates — often 600–1,200 kcal a serving — so you can add calories without forcing down another plate. We stock 15 gainers from AED 110.

A weight-gain plan that works

  1. Eat 300–500 kcal above what you burn, every day.
  2. Keep your three meals and add one gainer shake between meals (milk adds more calories).
  3. Take 3–5 g of creatine daily.
  4. Train heavy 3–4 times a week — squats, deadlifts, presses, rows.
  5. Sleep 7–8 hours. Weigh yourself weekly; aim for roughly 0.3–0.5 kg a week.

Already eating enough and just want more protein? A whey protein is leaner and cheaper. Save with a weight-gain combo.
